Vikki Swift

Hi I’m Vikki, those that know me know my favourite thing is talking, and more importantly listening. I  love getting to know our lovely customers, who become so much more to our centre. I qualified as an Audiologist in 2003 from Seabrook Audiology. I love being an Audiologist and helping to help people hear better.  I’m married to Michael, and have two children Jake and Jasmine who I love spending time with, and my extended family and friend socialising, out walking in the Lakes and travelling to new places. 

Lisa Anderson

“Hello I’m Lisa, I started in October 2025 at the centre. I really enjoy my job, especially talking to and assisting all our customers. Outside of work I enjoy walking my dog locally and in the Lake District. I love reading books and writing ( I will write that book one day!).
I’m interested in local history and my own family history. I’m married with two grown up children and one Grandson”

Deborah Murray

Hi I’m Deborah. I have worked for Vikki Swift Hearingcare for ten years. I brought to the admin role my long experience in customer facing roles at Boots the Chemist and a leading credit company. I have alwasy enjoyed the interaction with people, helping customers with any queries that they may have.
I am married with two children and five grandchildren. I keep myslef busy out of work with socialisng with friends and family and travelling for sun and city breaks. I like to cook, read and strangely enough, i still enjoy cleaning and gardening.

Sam Hankin

“Hi I’m Sam, I have worked at Vikki Swift Hearing care since January 2022. My work background has always been customer service related roles and that is what I enjoy the most, the interaction with customers. I am married and have two teenage daughters, who keep me busy! Outside of week I enjoy walking reading and catching up with friends. “
